What we offer

Services

Allergy skin testing

Skin prick testing for environmental allergens, foods, insect venom, and drugs.

A small drop of each allergen is placed on the skin and gently pricked. Results usually show within about 15 to 20 minutes, in a single visit.

Patch testing

For contact dermatitis from fragrances, metals, and preservatives.

Patches are worn on the back for about 48 hours, then read over follow-up visits to find what your skin is reacting to.

Oral food challenges

Controlled ingestion of a suspected allergen under medical supervision.

Done in clinic with the care team present, to confirm whether a food is truly a problem or can be reintroduced safely.

Chronic hives (urticaria)

Investigating and managing unexplained or recurring hives and swelling.

We look for triggers and patterns, then build a plan to reduce flare-ups and keep you more comfortable.

Anaphylaxis management

Epinephrine auto-injector guidance and personalized action plans.

We help you recognize early signs, carry and use your auto-injector confidently, and plan ahead for emergencies.

Asthma management

Spirometry, inhaler education, and biologic therapy where appropriate.

We assess your breathing, refine inhaler technique, and consider advanced options for harder to control asthma.

Allergy immunotherapy

Allergy shots and tablets that retrain the immune system over time.

A long-term option that gradually lowers sensitivity to specific allergens, easing symptoms and reducing medication needs.

Drug provocation testing

Safely testing for suspected drug allergies, such as antibiotics.

Performed under supervision to confirm or rule out a drug allergy, so you and your doctors know what is safe.

Spirometry

A simple breathing test that checks how well the lungs are working.

Quick and painless, it measures how much air you move and how fast, helping assess asthma and breathing concerns.

Immune deficiency evaluation

For patients with frequent infections or suspected immune issues.

We review your history and run targeted testing to understand recurrent infections and guide next steps.

Virtual allergy clinic

Assessment by video with local blood work arranged, then a virtual follow-up.

For patients outside the GTA, we assess remotely, coordinate testing close to home, and review results together.

Areas of care

Conditions we help with

Both adult and pediatric patients, across a wide range of allergic and immune concerns.

Environmental allergies

Reactions to pollen, dust mites, mold, and pet dander, including hay fever.

We identify your specific triggers and build a plan to ease sneezing, congestion, and itchy eyes through the year.

Food allergies

Assessment of suspected food allergies, with challenges where appropriate.

From testing to supervised oral food challenges, we clarify what is truly an allergy and how to manage it safely.

Asthma

Diagnosis and ongoing management, including inhaler technique and biologics.

We help you breathe easier with the right plan, clear education, and advanced therapies when they are needed.

Eczema and skin allergy

Support for allergic skin conditions and contact dermatitis.

We help find what irritates your skin and reduce flare-ups through testing and a clear, practical care plan.

Chronic hives and swelling

Workup and management of recurring urticaria and angioedema.

We search for triggers and patterns and tailor treatment to calm persistent hives and swelling.

Drug and venom allergy

Testing for medication reactions and stinging insect allergy.

We confirm what is safe and, for insect venom, discuss long-term options to lower your risk of serious reactions.

Anaphylaxis

Action plans and auto-injector guidance to stay prepared.

We make sure you and your family know the warning signs and feel confident responding quickly.

Immune deficiency

Evaluation for frequent infections or suspected immune problems.

We investigate recurrent infections and guide care to help strengthen your body's defenses.

What to expect

Testing is quick, and we explain every step

Most visits begin with a conversation about your history and symptoms. Skin prick testing places tiny amounts of allergens on the skin and takes only a short time, and most people feel just a light prick.

Some medications, such as antihistamines, usually need to be paused about 5 days before testing. We will confirm what applies to you before your appointment.
